Teaching 5 — Certain Women Fellowship
A Certain Woman is formed in her intimate moments with the Most High,
and also in the quiet, stretching seasons where she learns to endure.
Forgiveness opens the heart.
Repentance turns the heart.
Obedience establishes the walk.
Humility sustains it.
Longsuffering proves it.
Longsuffering Is Strength Under Pressure
Longsuffering is not weakness.
It is strength that chooses to remain steady when circumstances are not.
Scripture says:
“With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love.” — Ephesians 4:2
A Certain Woman learns to endure:
- misunderstanding
- delay
- hardship
- seasons of waiting
without turning away from God.
Longsuffering Is Rooted in Trust
Longsuffering requires trust in the timing and wisdom of God.
It says:
“I do not understand this season,
but I trust the One who is leading me through it.”
“Let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” — James 1:4
A Certain Woman allows God to complete what He has started,
even when the process is slow.
Longsuffering Guards the Heart from Bitterness
Without longsuffering, hardship can harden the heart.
But a Certain Woman chooses to remain:
- soft
- forgiving
- steady
even when she is stretched.
She refuses to allow:
- pain to become bitterness
- delay to become doubt
- struggle to become separation from God
Longsuffering Reflects the Nature of God
God Himself is longsuffering.
“The Lord is… longsuffering, and of great mercy.” — Numbers 14:18
When a woman walks in longsuffering,
she begins to reflect the very character of God.
She becomes:
- patient with others
- gracious in difficulty
- steady in trials
A Certain Woman Endures with Purpose
Longsuffering is not passive suffering.
It is purposeful endurance.
A Certain Woman understands:
God is forming something in me.
This season is not wasted.
She remains anchored, knowing:
Endurance produces maturity.
Reflection
Beloved sister,
Are you in a season that requires endurance?
Do not rush what God is developing in you.
Longsuffering is not punishment.
It is preparation.
Closing Prayer
Father,
Give me strength to endure with grace.
Help me remain steady when life feels uncertain.
Guard my heart from bitterness and teach me to trust Your timing.
Form in me the heart of a Certain Woman,
one who remains faithful through every season.
Amen
